Ramen can be used as the cornerstone for every simple, delicious and most importantly of all, cheap meal. Here are 10 simple yet delicious recipies for Ramen that could satisfy any anyone looking to save a buck or two.
1. RAMEN AND CHEESE
Cook 1 pkg. Ramen Noodles in water for 5 minutes. Drain. Add 1/2 cup grated cheese and 1/4 cup milk. Heat. Stir until cheese is melted. Serves one.
2. RAMEN SPAGHETTI
Cook a brick of Ramen Noodles for each person. Drain the noodles when done. Place in center of a plate. Add some butter, salt, and pepper, and some heated canned spaghetti sauce and toss well to mix ingredients. Serve with garlic toast and a green salad.
3. RAMEN THAI
Cook 2 pkg. Ramen Oriental with flavor packets. Do not drain. Add 2 Tbsp. soy sauce, 2 Tbsp. peanut butter, 1 Tbsp. brown sugar, 1/2 tsp. lemon peel or lemongrass, and 1/2 tsp. cayenne or hot sauce. Mix well. Garnish with chopped peanuts and a few chives.

On August 16, 1960, Joseph Kittinger jumped out of a balloon from an air-thin height of 102,800 feet. He fell for 4 minutes and 36 seconds reaching a maximum speed of 614 mph before opening his parachute at 18,000 feet. Breaking the speed of sound during the fall, Kittinger used a small stabilizing chute before a larger, main parachute opened in the denser atmosphere. He safely touched down in barren New Mexico desert, 13 minutes 45 seconds after he vaulted into the void. He set historical numbers for highest balloon ascent, highest parachute jump, longest drogue-fall (4 min), and fastest speed by a human through the atmosphere.
White Trash Dude Gets DUI On Motorized Bar Stool
Authorities in Ohio say a man has been charged with drunken driving after crashing his motorized bar stool. Police responded to a report of a crash with injuries, they found a man who had wrecked a bar stool powered by a deconstructed lawn mower. 28 year old Kile Wygle was hospitalized for minor injuries. Police say he was charged with operating a vehicle while intoxicated after he told an officer at the hospital that he had consumed 15 beers. Wygle told police his motorized bar stool can go up to 38 mph.Wygle has pleaded not guilty and has requested a jury trial. I’m impressed that this guy already got his hands on one of the new 2010 models coming out of Detroit.
