First, no contest, since the Sailor character is a little too young on the jailbait scale (lowest I go on drool factor is a mature 15/16; she looks 11). Chun Li ftw.

Second, my nerd impulse commands me to point out that the second girl is Sailor Jupiter, not Sailor Moon. Green is Jupiter’s color.
