    My boyfriend took me out to shoot his shotgun today and I have decided him and these others buttheads who stick just hand a girl a gun and tells her to shoot are just trying to prove their superiority. He actually called me a sissy all the way back home because I hollered when the stock slammed into my shoulder. So I have decided that this was just a ploy to make him feel more manly cause you know guys with big guns are just compensating for somthing else they wish was bigger!

    Lessons: Get good instruction. Only load one round in the gun for a first time shooter. Wear eye protection. Treat guns like deadly weapons.

    I’m a 21 year old woman and I shoot shotguns (12 gauge over under is my favorite :D ), rifles (30-06 yeah buddy! haha) as well as revolvers and pistols. I have NEVER had any problem shooting any of them because I practice safe shooting. In all of these videos the person instructing never once corrects any of the girls form. It’s unbelievable that they let someone shoot when the stock of the gun is sitting on top of their shoulder or when they aren’t distributing their weight correctly. It’s no shock that when they pull the trigger, the recoil knocks them on their ass or they get hurt in the process.

    And to any guy who thinks girls are incapable of shooting guns, it is actually a fact that women (who shoot with proper form) are more accurate shooters than men. Look it up people! haha! But seriously, this is why people are afraid of guns. If you don’t know how to handle a gun you shouldn’t be shooting it!!! It’s saddens me to see videos like this though, it’s because of this that people feel guns should be outlawed. Personally, I love practicing my 2nd amendment rights and would not want that taken away from me and I’m sure plenty of people feel the same.
