A Late Night BLT Sandwich with Fried Egg & Cheese…….Yeah it’s a bold statement and maybe the sandwich is not so deserved of such a title but respect is due to 3-Michelin-Stars Chef Thomas Keller for producing an awesome and easy sandwich that looks really fucking amazing. If anyone has a sandwich that wants to contend this sandwich, please send it my way.
