I think the 13th picture is actually two different girls. The nose looks smaller o_o It’s amazing what makeup can do. I’ve never liked makeup though, because if my skin is bad, makeup doesn’t help, and if my skin is really good, makeup doesn’t enhance anything since my eyes are nearly like the eyes in the pictures naturally (big eyes with long lashes) >< I'm also asian The last one actually looks better before. The after makeup is too much.

Those with died hair and color lenses are definilty ridiculous: soory to say it that way, but NO, they CANNOT be pretty with something that is artificial on them. Aren’t they proud of who they are, of their origins? Forget about stupid women magazines: an Asian girl with fake hair color is as artificial as a western girl with blue or pink hair (since they could never have it naturally). How could it be pretty with something that is merely none of their beauty criterai?

How come so many think that they should “whiten” themselves to be pretty? An Asian girl is beautiful in an “Asian way”, an African girl in a “African way”, and so on. Claiming that a slanted eyes girl looks better with brown hair is a lie. Do they all want to look like plastic stuff, just like the ugly, artificial Beyonce? Do they want to promote that “white is better” at the time we eventually get rid of racism??? I just can’t make it out!

Gross. I hear a lot about how “beautiful” asian women are…please, whatever. Many of them use fake colored eye contacts to make their eyes look big and western, plastic surgery is rampant there, and they cake the makeup on. Asians are beautiful until the makeup is peeled off and the colored contacts go back in the case. These girls are gross.

I’m not into asians. I have seen a few pornos with asians in them, and their breasts are small flaps of flab. There is no muscle tone in them so they just sag pretty bad, unless they get boob jobs. Not to mention the hairy bush and annoying voice. Pass.

Hey, white girls eyes can look pretty bad without makeup too. I have to say that with makeup white girls eyes can be stunning, but without sometimes they just look either scary or just shapeless. My favorite eye shape is white girl with eyes that aren’t too big, I think it’s pretty.
I am half asian. My boyfriend usually begs me not to put makeup on unless we are going out at night because I take too long. Most people say they can’t tell when I put makeup on or say “you dont wear makeup, do you?” and I get pissed off because it takes me forever. I’m still an amateur at how to put makeup on but I am slowly learning.

And my boobs are perky and awesome! But yes most asian girls have small boobs. My boobs might be one of my favorite features.

It also really depends on your definition of beauty. If you look for the positives in them, and don’t compare them to white girls, many of the girls here look prettier. You can say asian eyes can look small…or you can see look cute. I honestly think some of the girls look scary with the makeup on. Without makeup they can look trashy, but that’s exactly the same for celebs of other races. Kim kardashian is hideous without makeup. *shudder*

Every one has the right and desire to make herself more beautiful. Asian girls have delicated skin with small pores. They are just pursuing zero-pore skins. As to make-ups, everyone does. Not only asian girls. Those photos of western stars are also make people see the huge differences and shocked a lot. These before and afters are not different people! I know for a fact because I’m Korean, and I use the techniques that the girls above are using. Combine hours of makeup and hair with lighting, the right angle and a touch of photoshop and voila – a legitimately different person stands before you!

Yea, lots of girls will use:

- Taking photos from a higher angle / Angling their face downwards and looking upwards. It will make the eyes appear bigger, and the chin and nose smaller.

- Turning their face sideways to make their face appear thinner.

- Using flash / photoshop to make the skin look smoother and erasing eyebags and wrinkles

- Using hair to cover up flaws. Like a fringe to hide a large forehead. Or in #15 case, using the hair on the sides to cover up her wide jawline and make her face appear thinner.

Seriously, there are tons of other tricks, other than make-up, to make people appear great in photos.
