vietnamese pho

If you’re not familiar with Vietnamese food, let me introduce you to one of the greatest and most harmonious agglomeration of tastes and flavors known to man, Pho. At the heart, Pho is is a noodle soup served with thin cuts of beef with variations featureing tendon, tripe, meatballs, chicken leg, chicken breast, or other chicken organs and garnished with greens, bean sprouts, basil, herbs, peppers and limes. At this point in time I will hand the rest of the post over to a true connessieur of this most awesome dish….Anthony Bourdain.
