First, IQs above 4 standard deviations are suspect, since we've really had so very few people scoring that high, it may be that the tests are meaningless after a certain level. Second, who drops working as a PhD in PHYSICS to get one in CIVIL ENGINERRING? HELLO??? Is that not a complete and utter waste of this guy's alleged talent?
