Yeah, it looks great from the outside.

The company could make ANY demands it wants out of you. If you don’t want to work overtime on a project, too bad. There’s a million people who would jump at the opportunity. Unless you were a middle to high ranking management type in the company, odds are you are extraordinarily disposable. Odds are the employee turnover and burnout rate (Mid to entry level) is very high.

Oh well, at the least the founders are set for life.
