    This technique is pretty handy when you’re out reading at the park. I am attending self defense classes and I hope they teach us this part too. I have already learned some techniques that I can actually apply when jogging which involves using elbows and knees and thank God have not yet applied it. I hope I never will but at least I’m ready if ever that time comes.
