If you want to expand and explore the inner depths of your mind, you can take the route of taking copious amounts of psychedelics drugs or you could take the lesser known route of the isolation tank, a lightless, soundproof tank inside which subjects float in salt water at skin temperature and are left to deal with just the inner workings of their minds. No Britney Spears blasting in the background, no Jerry Springer idle on the tube, no sound, no light, no sense of physciality to distract you from being your thoughts. Check out a few of these testimonials to give you a better idea of the awesomenss of these isolation tanks.

What about taking drugs AND sitting in one of these tanks, huh??? Time travel?

Look up Joe Rogan, DMT, and isolation tanks. He is the guy that I heard about these tanks from, that’s right the guy from newsradio.

I’ve used floatation tanks for many years and can recommend the following link. which is a list of centres around the world.

I’ve always considered the floatation tanks in North American to be ugly and uninviting but have recently come across this and am now so inspired I am planning to set up my own floatation center, as I really believe the time for floatation will soon be upon us.
