If you have Netflix instant watch like me, you probably noticed the entire collection of No Reservations was up in that biatch and if you’re a fan of food and traveling, you probably poured countless hours into watching each and every single episode. You gotten to know Anthony, his mannerism, his proclivities to street food and pork and his disdain for vegans and all that they stand for and you traveled the globe with Anthony and if you were a observant viewer, there was one place in particular which seemed to be exalted in terms of richness of food more than any other place. Sardinia. Whether it was the Pane Carasau, the freshly made mozzarella, the bottarga pasta or the farmer cheese with honey, everything he stuck in his mouth sounded like a morsel of food touched by god himself. While I’m bias to foods of the South East Asia area region, this episode definitely put Sardinia on my radar. I posted the entire episode below. Bon Apetit!
