How can you advertise an Unplugged experience when synthesizers, electric guitars and samplers are clearly used in what is suppose to be billed as an acoustic set? I think a more appropriate title is Lil Wayne In Concert.. Don’t get me wrong, I can appreciate Lil Wayne and his music but this is not unplugged. I’m going to show you the true meaning of Unplugged. Take a trip back with me 12 years when MTV actually played music and shietty reality shows and all the fcukery that they air today was non-existent. Here’s a couple of clips of Nirvana’s ethereal Unplugged performance, that really was unplugged and that really was worth sharing and talking about.

WHY would the name of the performance ever effect the actual performance.
Get the early 90’s nirvana chode out of your mouth

When you create a whole genre based on a certain style of music played with specific types of instruments and label it ‘UNPLUGGED’, then promote a new ‘UNPLUGGED’ show with instruments that are the polar opposite of what is normally played, I think the poster can point it out.

Clearly you need to not borrow mommy’s computer and leave the commenting to the adults.

  • When you have bieber in your screen name, and especially not being a girl, anything and everything you say is automatically invalid when talking about music of any kind.

They look pretty plugged in to me. Kurt even used distortion on Man who sold the world. But nice try.

Bruce Springsteen also used electric instruments in his Unplugged set which is why his album was called “In Concert: MTV Plugged” with a cross covering the “Un” part.
