I’m choosing Wolverine. His invincible adamantium skeleton and claws plus his healing powers, which makes him virtually immortal will shred through each and everyone one of these guys.
I have to go with Predator on this one. They’re known to have viruses that nearly killed Superman.
Easy, T-800 model 101, out of the rest of this list Wolverine seems like the most dangerous and as we’ve seen, after any serious blow, shot, etc. he goes down for a few seconds, the 101 could easily grab him and take off it’s head, I’d like to see him “healing” that injury.
The goal is to survive not win a fight, so you want someone that can help you escape and hide. Batman is the best fit for that goal.

Batman, definitely Batman. He’s taken down all his villians and every member of the Justice League at one point, I think he can take these guys. Plus, he already took down Predator in Batman vs Predator; he’d have the most trouble with Vader and Wolverine.
