Most of those places look asif the people that live there stopped giving a fuck ages ago.

Heh! I know EXACTLY where that store (State St, E. St Louis) is. Been by there numerous times. Not that far from the Guard Armory. Do not have vehicle problems there. Kiss it good-bye.

    Newport’s $6.18 a pack!? That’s a crime itself.

And every single one is a black neighborhood. Every single one. No white, Asian, Jewish, Arab, Native American, or Hispanic neighborhoods on the list. 100% black. This is all we get in return for all the free money, food, education, college admissions, and government jobs: blighted neighborhoods and black on white violence. Civil rights has been a total failure. Blacks are incapable of freedom. Segregation now, segregation tomorrow, segregation forever.

Can somebody please clarify what “victim” means here? Are we talking about the chance of becoming the victim of *any* type of crime, or is this limited to serious violent crime?

You should re-title your article to read ” 15 places you’ll never see Hillary Clinton”

    • Deads

You should rephrase that to: 15 places you’ll never see anyone that doesnt have to be there.

The reason I would title it as such is I don’t give a ratazz about these dumps (and you probably don’t either but who knows except you). However, the Hildabeast and her liberal cohorts claim they do, even though they created them. Her Thighness needs to go there and see what damage liberal policies have wrought. I’ve actually been to about half of these places. But not in the last 10 yrs.

    Where’s Stockton?

      That’s what I was thinking!
