One could quibble with many of these. Like, “most people era in human history”. You then compare today to the 1940s. Umm, the 1940s included World War 2, the most destructive war in human history. Yes, the world is more peaceful now than it was during World War 2. I have less money than Bill Gates, but that doesn’t prove that I’m the poorest person in the history of the world. And “most peaceful IN HISTORY”? How many people died in wars in 500 BC and 1000 BC? How do you know? Who collected these statistics?

“humans will create more information in the next 2 days than was created in all of history up to 2003” How do you measure “information”? Assuming that you’re counting bytes of data stored on a computer, then you’re saying that because Einstein’s book on relativity is maybe 300,000 bytes, and the video that someone uploads of a cat falling off a chair is 10,000,000 bytes, that the cat video is 30 times as much information as Einstein’s “Relativity”. Yes, people are uploading gigabytes worth of “information” to the Internet, from product catalogs to videos of pop singers to their uninformed ramblings on every possible subject to dirty pictures. Little of this is of lasting value and much of it is worthless. Of course people in the past produced junk too, but most of that is forgotten. Most of the “information” produced today will be forgotten in 100 years two.
