We all want to be happy.

We all want to experience joy, love, and abundance on a daily basis.

We all want to live the best life possible.

But very few of us actually know how to achieve the goal of lifelong happiness.

We are always thinking once we get this done or accomplish that goal… then we’ll be happy.

This was me:

Once I graduate high school then get into college then I’ll be happy…

Once I graduate college then get a job I’ll be happy…

Once I get this promotion then I’ll be happy…

Once I make enough to retire then I’ll be happy…

Once I get a date then I’ll be happy…

Once I get in a serious relationship then I’ll be happy…

This is what I see others saying:

Once I get married I’ll be happy…

Once I get a house then I’ll be happy…

Once I complete this mortgage I’ll be happy…

Once I have kids then I’ll be happy..

Once the kids graduate high school and are independent then I’ll be happy…

Then you’re dead.

But the question remains, did you truly live? Did you live a happy and fulfilled life or did you waste your time, spinning your wheels and constantly searching for happiness instead of realizing that you have the right and ability to be happy NOW?

I believe that happiness is a choice and you can create a state of happiness now, TODAY rather than postponing it for some future event that hasn’t occurred.

You are the jailor of the cell of your own happiness. But few of us realize that we’ve been holding the key all along.

So today, I want to share a simple system for achieving happiness now.

This isn’t another fluff filled article where I’m going to tell you to “Smile more” and “buy a dog”.

This is a hard-hitting fact-based guide that will reveal exactly how to optimize your life for true happiness.

What I’m about to share with you works.

I’ve used these same tactics to go from clinical depression to the life of my dreams and, if you’re willing to take action, you can use these tactics to live a life filled with joy and bliss.
