It is used as an overt indicator of injury force magnitude and midbrain localization to aid in injury identification and classification for events including, but not limited to, on-field and/or bystander observations of sports-related head injuries.

I like the guy who gets pushed onto the cart and instead of hitting the breaks he moves the steering wheel then goes “fuck this I’m out” and rolls off. This will probably haunt him for the rest of his life. He was handed the chance to be a hero and he passed it up.
