The Burj Khalifa is a skyscraper in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, and is the tallest man-made structure on Earth at 828 m (2,717 ft). Construction began on September 21, 2004, with the exterior of the structure completed on October 1, 2009 and the building officially opened on January 4, 2010. The total budget for the contrsctuion of the tower is estimated at about $1.5 billion. The price of office space at Burj Khalifa had reached $4,000 per sq ft (over US$43,000 per m2) and that the Armani Residences, also in Burj Khalifa, were selling for US$3,500 per sq ft (over US$37,500 per m2)

Many would consider South Korean born Kim Ung-young as the smartest person in the world. Where Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking measured in with an IQ of 160, Kim clocked in at a record breaking IQ of 210. His resume of scholarly feats is just as impressive as his IQ….
He was able to read Japanese, Korean, German, and English by his third birthday. On November 2, 1967, at age 4, he solved an advanced stochastic differential equation. Later, on Japanese television, he demonstrated his proficiency in Chinese, Spanish, Vietnamese, German, English, Japanese, and Korean.
Kim was a guest student of physics at Hanyang University from the age of 3 until he was 6. At the age of 7 he was invited to America by NASA.He finished his university studies, eventually getting a Ph.D. in physics at Colorado State University before he was 16. In 1974, during his university studies, he began his research work at NASA and continued this work until his return to Korea in 1978.
When he returned to Korea, he decided to switch from physics to civil engineering and eventually received a doctorate in that field.
