She was born on December 2, 1993 in Houston, Texas.
She’s a self-taught costume designer and has worked for the Houston Grand Opera and Houston Ballet in their costume department.
In 2015 she took all her experience as a costume designer and cosplayer and opened up ‘A Charmed Affair’, a character entertainment company which lets your rent out characters such as Elsa, Ariel and other Disney princess for birthday parties and events.
According to their website, activities include meet and greet, pictures, story time, games and a coronation ceremony:
Your child will be crowned Queen or King of their party with a beautiful crown presented to them by the character(s) as a gift.
Her company also does many charity events including visiting sick children in hospitals, while in character.
Amouranth regularly dedicates 12 hours of each day to streaming to her audience:
"Sometimes I do eight, but then I feel really bad and feel like I have to work. I don’t get a lot of sleep,"
While she does post lewd photos on her Patreon, Amouranth does not post nude photos.
When asked about what makes her happy, Amouranth said:
Dogs, reptiles, interesting critters, making art, and lying around doing nothing. Hanging out with friends comes a close second.
When asked what makes her sad:
"The feeling of not moving forward, or the thought of watching my life go past without doing something interesting with it."
Although Amouranth likes to keep her personal life private, controversy erupted when a YouTuber leaked her marital info and revealed that she was married to a man named Nick Lee.
This resulted in a backlash by a faction of her audience, who were led on to believe that she was single and hence donated to her on that premise.
I remember amouranth streaming a couple weeks ago and her twitch title said, “Now accepting boyfriend applications!”
One devoted fan even donated $13k in one month.
One of her mods from her Twitch channel abruptly quit after the revelation and confronted her about it:
One disgruntled ex-fan even setup a fake Twitter profile and posted their personal photos, marriage certificate and personal info, as well as racist photos and imagery.
She had to call the police on a few occasions because she saw strangers snooping around her house at night.
Banned from Twitch
Amouranth has been banned from Twitch on two occasions. The first incident was in September 2019 when she was sitting down and playing with her dog on a livestream and her dress slid to the slide and she flashed her vagina. This violated Twitch’s policy against nudity and sexually suggestive clothing. She received a 12-hour ban.
The second incident occured in March 2020 during a gym stream. The cause of the ban has not yet been idenfitied, however she was given a 3-day ban.
Amouranth has been open about the fact that she has been stalked before:
Stalker left his country and came to my suburb, sheltering in place and just socializing with you loves
My Stalker asked if I would cancel my twitch stream tonight since he was in town. Bitch pls
While Amouranth does have a legion of devoted followers online, she also attracts a good number of trolls and haters who slut shame her, hurl degrading and misogynistic insults and call her nothing but a glamorized cam-model. One disgruntled follower even sends her daily essays about how much he hates her:
I have one guy who literally writes a 500 word essay daily (sent chunk by chunk to my DMs) about all the things he despises me for on that given day.
Although she would like to do IRL streams, shes afraid of people swatting her (making a prank call to emergency services in an attempt to bring about the dispatch of a large number of armed police officers to a particular address):
“My problem with IRL is that I have so many little insecure a**holes who like to call and swat places,” she claimed. “I get that almost every stream. If I show the name at all, or if it’s an obvious location like the zoo, people will swat and call me to try to get me kicked out, or like arrested or get in trouble, or whatever. I have that problem consistently.”
In 2019 Amouranth was being blackmail by someone named ‘Tampa’, who claimed to be from Cognizant, a firm hired by Facebook to perform content moderation. Tampa said he removed her posts from Instagram and was demanding $2600 every month to stop the takedowns. Amouranth originally thought the it was a scam, but her posts continued to be taken down.
The blackmailer wrote: “I can ensure within reasonable bounds that your posts are not removed.”
She contacted Instagram and was told her posts were deleted because they were flagged for nudity by the platform’s automated system.
