Garry “Gedde” Watanabe was born in Ogden, Utah, on June 26, 1955. Watanabe is a comedian and actor best known for his roles in the animated film Mulan and the teen drama and comedy Sixteen Candles. The 5’ 7” (1.7 m) actor has been active in the film and television industry since 1976.
