An Indian man after fighting a leopard with bare hands, killing it, after it attacked his daughter and wife
Rajagopal Naik was riding home on a motorcycle with his wife, Chandramma, and their child, Kiran, when the leopard suddenly jumped out of the bushes. It bit Kiran’s leg and then tried to attack Chandramma.
Rajagopal grabbed the leopard by the neck and repeatedly struck its head with his elbow. Although the animal clawed his face and forehead while trying to escape, he refused to let go. He continued tightening his grip until the leopard suffocated.
Rajagopal was injured in the struggle but managed to save his wife and child.
Mad respect for this man. A leopard attacked his wife and daughter, and he fought it with his bare hands and somehow won. No weapon, no hesitation, just a father putting himself between his family and almost certain death. Whatever scars he carries, his daughter will grow up knowing her father was willing to give his life to save hers.
