So many people today are in a rush to become successful.

They want to earn 7-figures in 12 months even though they have no marketable skills, no network, and no businesses acumen.

They want to build their dream body in 12 weeks even though they haven’t set foot in a gym in years and don’t really understand the current state of their physical body.

20 Signs You Should Quit Your Job

signs you should quit your job

Where our day jobs are concerned, we’ve all struggled with motivation at some point. We dread the sound of the alarm clock going off, pulling us from the warmth of our beds and dragging us off to something we don’t really care about. It takes until at least 11am – including two train rides, two coffees and a ‘catch up’ meeting – before we have resigned ourselves to our fate for another day.

#1 Mistake People Make When Building A Habit

how to build a habit

The #1 mistake people do when they start building a habit is relying too much on willpower. They believe that building a healthy habit like daily exercising, is only possible if you go hard and you push yourself everyday to show up and be disciplined.

While this plan might work for people who have trained and grown their willpower muscle to above average size (think: really fit and healthy people, who just keep on getting healthier), it won’t work for majority of us, because of a single reason that willpower is finite resource and if we ask more than it can handle – we’ll quit.

How to Stay Consistent

You’re here because you want to be successful. You’re here to figure out how to set goals and then reach them so that you can live the life that you’ve always wanted to live. You’re here because you want to learn self-discipline.

In my opinion, the most important ingredient in achieving any of these things is staying consistent. It doesn’t matter if you do one great workout or study hard for one day or write one great post for your blog. What matters is that you are consistent.

Being decent consistently will get you much farther than being amazing one time.

There Are No More Zero Days

Rule #1 – THERE ARE NO MORE ZERO DAYS

What’s a zero day? A zero day is when you don’t do a single fucking thing towards whatever dream or goal or want or whatever that you got going on. No more zeros. I’m not saying you gotta bust an essay out everyday, that’s not the point. The point I’m trying to make is that you have to make yourself, promise yourself, that the new SYSTEM you live in is a NON-ZERO system. Didnt’ do anything all fucking day and it’s 11:58 PM? Write one sentence. One pushup. Read one page of that chapter. One. Because one is non zero. You feel me? When you’re in the super vortex of being bummed your pattern of behavior is keeping the vortex goin, that’s what you’re used to. Turning into productivity ultimate master of the universe doesn’t happen from the vortex. It happens from a massive string of CONSISTENT NON ZEROS. That’s rule number one. Do not forget.

How To Be Productive But Not Busy

June 22, 2021 Leave a Comment

productive vs busy

“Hey, how are you?”

“Busy.”

Ever had that conversation? Yeah, me too.

Some of us wear “busy” like a badge of honor, but this stems from misguided priorities. We think that being “busy” means we’re getting things done, living up to our potential, and on our way to success. This isn’t true. Your aim isn’t to be busy. Your aim is to be productive.

There’s a difference between busy and productive. We’ve all met people who are constantly busy but at the end of the week, they haven’t really accomplished much of anything.

Focus On The Next 24 Hours

focus on the next 24 hours

A lot of people including me think that five years from now I will be doing this and living like this. It is good to visualise and have affirmations but no one knows the tomorrow, we can visualize it or manifest it but unless we don’t take the action today, the tomorrow won’t come.

I think we need to focus on the 24 hrs rather than a month or two to see changes.

Have an end goal in mind but focus on today. You have 24 hrs to change your tomorrow and make it more predictable.
