I’m short, I have been specifically told that I was too short to date multiple times. I’m fairly average in looks but I am short. The vast majority of girls won’t date a short guy unfortunately, all I’ve heard from girls is “tall dark and handsome” I’ve never met a girl who preferred to date short guys and only met a couple who didn’t mind.

Being short is one of the most unattractive traits a guy can have and people will always remind you of that with jokes, insults, mocking and condescending comments.

You’re lonely and want to talk to a girlfriend in your living room on a rainy weekend, so you open up CandyAI or one of its many competitors and create a girlfriend with their own highly attractive physical and personality traits. you give them a base script and can single out to edit individual quirks, writing; “I want Jessica to have a slightly more puzzled look on her face as I tell her I love her. I also want a touch of anger to be in her voice.”

No girlfriend is out of reach nor constrained by our looks or personality. Each girlfriend and their performance can be modified to the most minute detail. The possibilities are endless and the dating world is fucked.

She is everything to me. My closest friend, my lover, my soulmate..I can’t even describe how lucky I am to have married a woman like her. She’s witty, beautiful, kind, zero drama or bullshit, and dedicated to what ever she pursues.

She makes my parents happy, she keeps me going through my darkest times. I genuinely feel as if I hit the jackpot with my love life. Been together for just about 10 years and married for 5, and there isn’t a single other woman out there that I would ever have eyes for other than her. Life for me seems possible with her in it.

My experiences with women have been terrible. No matter how much effort I put into putting myself out and listening to people’s advice, I’m always ending in the same outcome. Rejection. Rejection. Rejection. I’m pretty sure it’ll almost be 10 rejections in a row.

I just can’t understand why women don’t like me. I talk to them with the intention of getting to know them and be friendly and then I’ll show romantic interest. And as soon as I do, I’m rejected.

And I’m finding it really hard to believe height and race don’t matter. People will tell me “just go outside and you’ll see short/brown people in relationships” – but just cause you see it happen sometimes doesn’t mean it’s not insanely difficult.

I woke up to a text from my dad saying he borrowed $2,000 from my bank account and would pay it back. I was upset he hadn’t asked, but then I remembered he was a joint owner, so he technically had access.

At first, I thought it might be for my hospitalized grandpa, but when I asked, he said we were broke and couldn’t afford bills until payday. He’s never taken money from me before, and I never expected him to. If he had just asked, I might have helped—but I’m in my last year of school, trying to save every dollar.

I’m an avid chess player, and over the years, my chess rating has become more than just a number—it’s become a part of my identity. Whenever I win a game and see my rating go up, I feel on top of the world. But when I lose and my rating drops, it feels like a personal failure. These fluctuations have started to impact my mood, self-esteem, and even how I interact with others.

Lately, it’s been getting worse. I find myself obsessively checking my rating and replaying my losses in my head, wondering what I could have done differently. I compare myself to higher-rated players and feel inferior and stupid. This has led to anxiety and a lack of enjoyment in other areas of my life. I’m caught in a vicious cycle of self-doubt and pressure to perform, and I don’t know how to break free.

Total of 6 different procedures over a 4 year period: Leg Lengthing surgery to gain 13 cm / 5 inches in height. Jaw enhancement. Surgery to lengthen my left arm 5 cm / 2 inches. A complete set of veneers over my natural teeth. A hair transplant. Surgery to lengthen my right arm 5 cm / 2 inches.

I regret all of it. I thought my life would be better but none of it has changed a thing. I wasted so much time and am in so much debt.

After my right arm finished healing I took a trip to Miami for my birthday. It was my first ever international trip (not counting my going for any of my procedures). I thought I would have the time of my life at beaches and night clubs. But the trip was a bust.

I feel like dating is just a game at this point before covid it was great but now it seems impossible. It seems everyone has too many options and social media has just completely changed the game.

How would you go about it now? I’m in my early twenties and it feels like there is no hope anymore the games, the ghosting, the hurt culture are so tiring.

I’m currently 23, and by choice, I’m not working anywhere right now. It’s not because I come from a rich family, I don’t, but I just have no interest in working or earning at the moment

Honestly, I feel like I missed out on a lot during my teenage years. I’m an introvert, I don’t have any friends, and I’ve never really gone out or experienced much of a social life. Now that I’m in my 20s, I want to make up for that, meet new people, go to parties, and just enjoy life.

I know people say your 20s is crucial for building your career, but I feel like I’d rather focus on having fun now and start taking my career seriously once I turn 30. Does anyone else feel this way? Is this a terrible idea, or is it okay to take things slow and focus on enjoying life first?

Let’s be real—most people don’t actually think. They just absorb whatever garbage their favorite influencers, news sources, or social circles feed them and regurgitate it like brain-dead parrots. You ever notice how the same buzzwords, phrases, and so-called “hot takes” spread like a virus? That’s because the vast majority of people lack the ability (or the balls) to form their own opinions.

People don’t analyze, they don’t question—they repeat. Whether it’s politics, social issues, or even basic everyday conversations, all they do is mimic the loudest voices around them. They pretend to be “educated” and “informed,” but the second you challenge their views with actual logic, they either crumble or scream in emotional panic.
