“My in-laws are overstepping my boundaries”

Is a visit from the in-laws every 1.5 months for 2 weeks too much?

I NEVER agreed to it. I said one week max. But once they’re here they would ask to stay. Now suddenly 2 weeks in the normal. I said if it’s two weeks it has to be two months in between. Then it inches closer together. Now the norm has become 2 weeks every 1.5 months…and shaving off days of the in between.

They’re overbearing, take over the house, criticize and comment on how to raise our child.

Know Your Rights. What To Do If You Get Pulled Over By The Police

So, let’s talk about getting pulled over. Stay calm. Don’t look back at the police car or the officer approaching. No sudden movements. Just sit still and wait. Don’t rummage for your license and insurance until asked. When the officer reaches your window, be respectful. Regardless of your feelings about the police, every sentence should end with “sir” or “ma’am”. Keep your voice calm and steady. If asked why you were pulled over, simply say, “No sir,” and let the officer tell you. Don’t argue. Just acknowledge and move on.

“Long time partner and baby daddy won’t marry me”

I’ve been with my boyfriend for over five years. We have a two year old together and have lived together the entire time. On the surface, everything is stable. We share a car, rent a house, and split utilities. Our life works.

Burning fuel can produce several toxic gases. A catalytic converter is a device that takes those toxic gases and converts them into less toxic gases.

For example, it converts Carbon monoxide into Carbon Dioxide, and Nitric Acid into Nitrogen and Oxygen (and a few other reactions).

In order to do this, it needs some precious metals which act as catalysts for the reactions. These metals don’t get consumed, but their presence helps to trigger these reactions. A catalytic converter will contain Rhodium, Platinum, and Palladium.
